Q. What exactly is Redenim? Redenim is the easiest way for you to find your new favorite pair of jeans. Skip the fitting rooms, the malls, the hassle. We send you 3 pairs of premium jeans to try at home for 14 days in a Redenim Box. Jeans are handpicked for you based on your style. Purchase the ones you love for a special discounted price by keeping them, send back the ones that don't work. Shipping is free both ways!

We carry brands that retail for more than $90 per pair to bring you the highest quality designer jeans that fit well and hold up with membership prices that you can afford. Brands are hand selected based on quality, manufacturing practices, and fit.

Jeans must be returned to Redenim in unworn condition with the tags still attached.

Q. Is Redenim a rental service? No, Redenim does not rent jeans to our customers. We are a personal styling service to help you find the right jeans to purchase for your size and style. Jeans that are returned to us must be in unworn condition.

Q. How does Redenim work? Fill out our style profile to get started. We will hand select styles for you based on your responses and give you a few to choose from. When you choose the 3 styles you'd like to try, we send them right to your door to try on at home in a Redenim Box.

Q. How do I return my Redenim jeans? Your Redenim jeans will come with a free, prepaid return envelope. If you decide to return your jeans simply place them in the return envelope and drop off at your local post office. If you lose your return envelope during your trial period don't worry. Contact us at customerservice@redenim.com and we will email you a new label for you to print.

Q. What happens if my Redenim jeans are not the right size or I don't like them? The biggest goal of Redenim is to get you in jeans that fit well. All Redenim jeans come with a free, prepaid return envelope. If your jeans are the wrong size or you don't like them, you may return them. If you like a style in your Redenim Box but need a different size, return them with the exchange form and we will send you the updated size.

Q. Can I keep my Redenim jeans if I love them? That's the whole point! If you love your Redenim jeans you can purchase them by holding onto them after your 14 day trial has ended. We offer two payment methods: you can purchase your jeans outright by paying the total amount due at one time following your trial OR you can enroll in our payment plan and pay monthly until your jeans are paid off. Whichever is easier. We will email you to choose your option prior to your trial end date.

Q. How do I care for my Redenim jeans? Your jeans are yours to keep and care for following your 14 day trial but if you'd like some tips on how to properly care for denim, we've got you covered. Read more on how to care for your jeans.

Jeans that you do not intent to purchase must be returned to us unworn and unwashed.

Q. Do you offer alterations on Redenim jeans? If you know you'd like to purchase your jeans but maybe need them hemmed you are welcome to do so after purchase or pay off if you are using payment plans. We recommend Denim Repair.

Q. What happens if I accidentally stain, damage, or misplace my Redenim jeans? If your jeans are returned damaged or destroyed or without the original tags, your card on file will be charged the full retail price. If you misplace your jeans, you will be charged full purchase price.

Q. How do I cancel my Redenim membership? You are only charged if you order a Redenim Box and keep any of the pairs. Redenim memberships are at-will and there is no monthly fee to be a member if you do not have jeans from us.

If you return all the jeans you received using your free, prepaid envelope, your card will not be charged. Jeans must be returned prior to your billing period start date (14 days after your order) to avoid charge.

If you opt to pay using a monthly payment plan, you must pay the remaining balance due to stop payments.
